As part of its Service Plus vision, Air Burkina makes every effort to ensure passengers with reduced mobility can travel in optimum safety and comfort.
Please indicate if assistance is required when you make the booking so we can arrange for the necessary assistance to be on hand. Also, to help us give you the best possible service, please attend the check-in desk at least two hours prior to the departure of your flight.
In order to comply with the regulations governing the transport of passengers with reduced mobility, a medical certificate and/or companion may be required depending on the circumstances.
Guide dogs are permitted on board free of charge, provided that the request is made at the time of booking and that the dog is on a leash and wearing a muzzle.

A medical certificate is required in the seventh and eighth months of pregnancy and must have been issued in the seven days prior to the start of the journey.
From the ninth month, a medical certificate issued in the seven days before the date of the journey is required and the pregnant woman must be accompanied by a doctor.
Children may only travel unaccompanied from the age of 4 and up to (but not including) the age of 12 and provided they do not suffer from a physical or mental disability.
If your child must travel alone, AIR BURKINA will manage your child’s travel through their journey.

Please note: Regardless of the type of incident, passengers must report any problems immediately after collecting luggage and before exiting through customs. After this time, you will no longer be covered by insurance and Air Burkina can no longer be held liable.
Reimbursement will not be made for fragile or perishable items or items of value in the reported luggage.
In the event of loss or obvious damage to your luggage, please report this immediately by filling in the passenger irregularity report (PIR) at the Lost & Found desk or the luggage complaints desk at the arrival airport.
If your luggage is not found within 21 days, you will received a reimbursement in line with the air transport regulations in effect.
If your luggage has been damages, the damage will be repaired and the value of the damaged luggage will be reimbursed or replaced.
